Albert was born about 1876 in Hackney, Middlesex.1   Albert's father was William STEERS and his mother was Frances STEERS.  His maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three sisters named Alice, Beatrice and Florence.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
