Cecil STEERE

Cecil was born about 1905 in Eastbourne Sussex.¹ Cecil's father was Edwin STEERE and his mother was Minnie STEERE. He had a brother and two sisters, named George, Florence and Dorothy. He was the youngest of the four children.
