William Henry was born about 1888 in Rhyl, Flintshire.1   William Henry's father was Harry Adams STEER and his mother was Minnie Kate STEER. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lewis, Winifred A and Helen Mary.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
