William STEER 
William was born in 1819 in Rochester, Kent..1 William's father was Francis STEER and his mother was Sarah COOPER. His paternal grandparents were George STEER and Ann WELLER. He had a brother and two sisters, named Francis, Sarah Ann and Caroline. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 30 in July 1849 in Gravesend Kent. He was buried on July 15th, 1849 in St George, Gravesend, Kent..2 3 General Notes
