Walter A was born about 1889 in Camberwell Surrey.1   Walter A's father was Henry STEER and his mother was Sarah Jane STEER. He had a brother and two sisters, named Edward Geo, Ellen Louisa and Blanch E.  He was the youngest of the four children.
