Tom STEER

Tom was born about 1862 in Macclesfield, Cheshire.¹ Tom's father was William STEER and his mother was Eliza STEER. He had a brother and four sisters, named Walter, Eliza, Hariet, Agnes and Annie. He was the second oldest of the six children.
