Thomas F was born about 1889 in Bristol.1   Thomas F's father was Charles STEER and his mother was Sarah STEER. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ernest J, Sidney W, Charles, Alice E and Annie E.  He was the second youngest of the six children.
