Thomas was born in 1785 in Seal, Kent.. Thomas' father was William STEER. He had two brothers named James and George.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 24 in April 1809 in Seal, Kent..  He was buried on April 28th, 1809 in Seal, Kent..1 2
