S L STEER

S L was born about 1881 in Neath, Glamorganshire, Wales.¹ S L's father was James STEER and his mother was Barbara STEER. He had four brothers and three sisters, named T W, B J, F G, C E, M J, C E and R E. He was the youngest of the eight children.
