Marah Louisa was born about 1902 in Heavitree Devon.1   Marah Louisa's father was Thomas STEER and her mother was Eda Mary Lucinda STEER. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William Thomas, Charles Arthur Symes, Edith and Florence.  She was the third oldest of the five children.
