Henry A was born about 1846 in Limpsfield Surrey.¹   Henry A's father was John STEER and his mother was Mary Ann STEER. He had a brother and five sisters, named Frederick ..., Laura S, Henrietta A, Eva A R, Edith E and Anne.  He was the oldest of the seven children.
