Henry was born in 1793 in Chidingstone Kent. Henry's father was Robert STEER and his mother was Sarah BELLINGHAM. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Abraham, Mary, Elizabeth and Lucy.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 67 in 1860 in Chidingstone Kent.1
