Georgina was born about 1841 in Oxted, Surrey.1   Georgina's mother was Frances STEER.  Her maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and her maternal grandmother was Mary PALMER. She had two sisters named Emily and Kate.  She was the oldest of the three children.  Georgina is no longer alive.
