Frdk Augustus was born about 1866 in Kent.1   Frdk Augustus' father was George STEER. He had a brother and three sisters, named Wm Henry, Eliz Sarah, Emma Amelia and Alice Eliza.  He was the second youngest of the five children.  Frdk Augustus is no longer alive.
