Evelyn Mary was born about 1909 in Exford Somerset.1   Evelyn Mary's father was Walter STEER and her mother was Mary STEER. She had two brothers and a sister, named Frederick Herbert, Walter John and Florance Alice.  She was the second youngest of the four children.
