Emily E was born about 1886 in Deptford Kent.1   Emily E's father was Frederick STEER and her mother was Fanny Victoria Clarson.  Her maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and her maternal grandmother was Sarah CLARKSON. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William F, Arthur J, Ernest R, Albert Percy, Henrietta M M and Beatrice Emily.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.
