Charles was born about 1883 in Derby Derbyshire.1   Charles' father was John Thomas STEER and his mother is <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Frederick, Mary Ellen and Emma.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  Charles is no longer alive.
