Charles STEER 
Charles was born on May 17th, 1851 in Bakers Gully, South Australia.. Charles' father was Richard STEER and his mother was Sarah SKINNER. His paternal grandparents were George STEER and Mary MITCHELL. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James, Richard, William, George, Edward, Philliip, Mary, Sarah, Caroline and Esther. He was the youngest of the eleven children.-
