Ann was born about 1852 in Westerham, Kent.1   Ann's father was John STEER and her mother is <Unknown>. She had two brothers and two sisters, named George, Phillip, Mary Ann and Kate.  She was the second youngest of the five children.  Ann is no longer alive.
