Albert E was born about 1880 in Lingfield Surrey.1   Albert E's father was William STEER and his mother was Ann STEER. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Sydney, Percy F, Alice, Clara, Ivy M and Lilen E.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
