Albena J was born about 1862 in Glamorganshire.1   Albena J's father was Thomas STEER and her mother was Jane STEER. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry A, Thomas G, Mary E, Emily J and Georgina A.  She was the third youngest of the six children.
