Stanley George was born about 1893 in Kew.1   Stanley George's father was Frederick Thomas STEARS and his mother was Louisa Eliza STEARS. He had two brothers and a sister, named Reginald Hardy, Leonard Dudley and Winifred Muriel.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
