Frank STEARS

Frank was born about 1908 in Smarden Kent Kent.¹   Frank's father was Benjamin STEARS and his mother was Esther STEARS. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Fred, Philip and Bessie.  He was the second youngest of the five children.
