Dorothy was born about 1900 in Plymouth.1   Dorothy's father is <Unknown> and her mother was Nellie BURSTON.  James STEER and Patience STEER were her grandparents through her mother's adoption. She had a sister named Gladys.  She was the younger of the two children.  Dorothy is no longer alive.
