John Lockie

John was born in 1857 in Harmondsworth.¹   John's father was Joseph Lockie and his mother was Mary Scates.  His paternal grandparents were James Lockie and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were William Scates and Ann Scates. He had three brothers named James, Josiah and Henry.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
