Rachill was born on December 27th, 1699 in Caw Lain ie Call Lane and her baptism took place on January 9th, 1700 in Leeds, St Peter.¹

Rachill's father was John Halliday and her mother was <Unknown>.  Her paternal grandmother is <Unknown>. She had a brother and two sisters, named John, <Unknown> and Grace.  She died at the age of 40 in 1739.  She was buried on May 18th, 1739 in Whitkirk St Mary.²
