Ann Dodgson

Ann was born in 1787 and her baptism took place on July 8th, 1787 in Thorner.  Ann's father was Matthew Dodgson (of Shadwell & Tadcaster) and her mother was Eleanor Thompson.  Her paternal grandparents were Mathew Dodgson and Mary Smith; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Thompson and Sarah Ann. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Matthew, Mary and Hannah.  She was the third oldest of the five children.
