Lorah was born in 1660 in Duxbury, Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts, USA.1   Lorah's father was Alexander Standish and her mother was Sarah Alden.  Her paternal grandparents were Myles Standish and Barbara Mullins; her maternal grandparents were John Alden and Pricilla Mullins.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 65 in 1725 in Duxbury, Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts, USA.1
