Thomas was born in 1785 in South Wootton, Norfolk, England and his baptism took place on April 26th, 1785 in blundeston.1   Thomas' father was William GLASSPOOLE and his mother was Judith Brame.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Glasspoole and Sarah  Gosker.  He was an only child.
