William Henry was born in 1909 in Elsternwick. William Henry's father was Henry TOBIAS and his mother was Ellen CAMERON.  His paternal grandparents are Henry TOBIAS and Mary Louise ANTHONY; his maternal grandparents are Alexander CAMERON and Emily Frances SLOWLY. He had a sister named Flora Edna.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 62 in 1971 in Thornton.1
