Ivy was born on April 3rd, 1914 in Hyde, England. Ivy's father was Harold SHAW and her mother was Annie WATSON.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas SHAW and Mary Jane BOOTH.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 74 on May 29th, 1988 in Pontefract Infirmary.
