Albert was born in 1858. Albert's father was William RUSH and his mother was Eliza TOBIAS.  His maternal grandparents were Daniel TOBIAS and Elizabeth WAKEFIELD. He had two brothers and a sister, named Arthur Henry, Willam and Emily.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
