Bridget was born in 1874 in Nerring.1  Bridget's father was Patrick CASEY and her mother was Bridget WHELAN.  Her paternal grandfather was Michael CASEY; her maternal grandfather was Patrick WHELAN. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Michael Joseph, Patrick Joseph, William, Thomas, John Martin, Susan and Mary Catherine.  She was the youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 36 in 1910 in Eaglehawk.2
