"KINCHINGTON— WORTHINGTON.
On the evening of June 16th, Mary Immaculate Church, Waverley, was the venue of a charming wedding, when Winifred,, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Worthington of "Arizona," Waverley, was married to Mr. Vincent Kinchington of Broken Hill, youngest son of Mrs. E. Kinchington, of King's Cross. The bride entered, the church escorted by her father, and was beautifully gowned in silver lace over shell-pink georgette, the skirt having uneven hem effect and frills of tulle, her veil (loaned by Mrs. P. E. Dalton) was of Limerick lace, and the train was of ivory crepe-de-chine, lined with pink georgette. An armlet of pink Radiant roses was carried. Miss Kathleen Vaughan and Miss Claire Fallon attended the bride, carrying armlets of gold roses and autumn, leaves and wearing frocks of gold lame and gold lace with picture hats of tulle to tone. Miss Mavis Worthington, youngest sister of the bride, was train-bearer and was frocked in gold taffeta and tulle. Mr. Edward Power was best man, and Mr. Reginald Paul groomsman. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the Hotel Clovelly. Mrs. R. H. Worthington chose a toilete of black crepe satin and car- ried a posy of red roses. Mrs. E. Kinchington wore white georgette embossed with black. The bride travelled in a frock of grey charmelaine, relieved with navy, and a hat to tone."
