Chelsea Anne Oshyer

Chelsea was born on September 30th, 1996.  Chelsea's father is Richard Lawrence Oshyer and her mother is Vicky Kelso.  Her paternal grandfather was Lawrence James Oshyer and her paternal grandmother is Dawn Ann Lock. She has a brother named Jack.  She is the older of the two children.
