Edith Florence Boughtwood 
Edith was born in 1870. Edith's father was Thomas Oxley Boughtwood and her mother was Annie Matilda Palmer. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Boughtwood and Sophie Jane Oxley. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Ernest, Richard, Harold, Gertrude and Kathleen. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 89 on April 1st, 1959 in Redfern, NSW.1 Death Notes
NSW Death Cert No. 9600/1959 states that Edith Florence MCCOY (nee Boughtwood) died in 1959 in the district of Balmain. She was the second daughter of Thomas Oxley BOUGHTWOOD and Annie Matilda BOUGHTWOOD.
The Ryerson Index has a death notice entry for Edith Florence McCOY, late of Redfern, Sydney NSW, stating that she died on the 1st April 1959, at the age of 89 years. This death notice was published in the Sydney Morning Herald on the 02-Apr-1959.
