Benito was born in 1848 in Gibraltar.1   Benito's father was Francis VIAGAS and his mother was Antonia BLANCO.  His paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and a sister, named Manuel, Francisco and Ana.  He was the oldest of the four children.
