Richard was born on November 5th, 1669 in Glemsford. Richard's father was John MORTLOCK and his mother was Elizabeth PETTIWARD. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Samuel, Elizabeth and Hannah. He died at the age of 41 on November 21st, 1710 in Hundon.-
