George MORTLOCK 
George was born on June 29th, 1849 in Shimpling. George's father was John MORTLOCK and his mother was Melinda ALLINGTON. His paternal grandparents were Abraham MORTLOCK and Mary PAWSEY. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, John, Peter, Samuel, Walter, Matilda, Eliza and Emma. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Abraham and Abigail. He died at the age of 41 on August 9th, 1890 in Mildenhall.-
