Albert Victor LAWRENCE 
Albert was born in 1901. Albert's father was James Henry LAWRENCE and his mother was Edith Rose COX. His maternal grandparents were Edward COX and Ann WHEELER. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Arthur, Sydney, Charles, Walter, Edith and Nellie. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Edith. He died as a war casualty, killed on board HMS Hydra, a mine sweeper, when it hit a mine near Belgium, at the age of 43 on November 10th, 1944 in Sea.-
