Malcolm was born on February 1st, 1941 in High Wycombe. Malcolm's father was Ernest Alfred FORNO and his mother was Rose Mary GAPPER. His maternal grandparents were James Robert GAPPER and Minnie LONG. He had two brothers named Alan and Colin. He died at the age of 1 on February 18th, 1942 in Hammersmith.
