Henry was born in 1862 in Kintbury. Henry's father was Thomas Henry FISHER and his mother was Leah WOOLDRIDGE. His paternal grandparents were James FISHER and Sarah GREEN; his maternal grandparents were William WOOLDRIDGE and Rachel MARINER. He had four brothers and three sisters, named George, William, Charles, John, Mary, Sarah and Emma. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.-
