Elizabeth was born on January 12th, 1883 in Poslingford and her baptism took place on April 8th, 1883 in Stansfield. Elizabeth's father was Noah BASHAM and her mother was Susan RAWLINGSON. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas BASHAM and Kezia PATRICK; her maternal grandparents were John RAWLINGSON and Mary LONG. She had six brothers and six sisters, named George, Walter, Shedrack, Thomas, Johny, Harry, Julia, Emma, Mary, Harriet, Kate and Annie. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children.-
