Alfred William BASHAM 
Alfred was born in 1863 in Poslingford and his baptism took place there on July 5th, 1863. Alfred's father was Manesseh BASHAM and his mother was Sarah RAWLINGSON. His paternal grandparents were Henry BASHAM and Maria MURKIN; his maternal grandparents were John RAWLINGSON and Mary LONG. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Jane. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 71 in 1934 in Poslingford. The funeral took place on August 11th, 1934 in Stansfield.-
