The will of Benjamin Dale, late of Namphwich in the county and diocese of Chester Sadler deceased was mismuates proved and soforth and execution of the same and administration of his effects were granted to Elizabeth Dale his widow and relic, the surviving executrix, being first sworn and so forth before master chancellor the rights of every person saved and at this time allowed to exhibit an inventory.
