It was John who wrote the memorial inscription for Samuel Mather. John had been married once before he married Elizabeth.
In 1841, John Wright (60, a Dyer) and Elizabeth (nee Mather) were at Deansgate. They had 2 sons William (b.1817) and Samuel (b.1827) with them.
John and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on December 25th, 1808 at Manchester Cathedral.3
