Olivia's father was Henry Wood and her mother was Ellen Morris.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Wood and Alice Naylor (Littler). She had a sister named Phyllis.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 73 in October 1980 in Blackburn.²
