Edward was born in 1847.  Edward's father was Edward Wainright and his mother was Hannah Aston. He had two brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas and Ann.  He was the second youngest of the four children.



Edward's family with Rebecca Duckworth

‌Edward and Rebecca were married in a religious ceremony on October 29th, 1870 in Chester.1  They had a son and a daughter, named Thomas and Mary.  There are possibly more children.
