Edna was born in 1923.  Edna's father was Samuel Price and her mother was Ada Green.  She died at the age of 90 in 2013.

‌Edna and Eddie were married in a religious ceremony in September 1945 in Birmingham.1   They had a son and two daughters, named Colin, Jean and Brenda.
