Missing from census in 1871 and 1881, but no death recorded.
Probably a birth indexing anomoly (or stillborn and no death record)
General Notes
Isaac is a mystery. Isaac and Sarah are both born at Bolton, Q4 1864 so must be twins. However they are not on the same page (but very close).

Isaac may have died. There are infant deaths for Isaac Mather, aged 0 in 1866 and 1867 but there are both other Bolton births. There is also an Isaac (1863-1940) born in Chesterfield who died there aged 75.
The Isaac that died in 1927, aged 63 is another person, the son of James Mather & Elizabeth Ratcliffe of Adlington who married Jane Worsley.
Isaac is not on the 1871 and 1881 census. He doesnt exist!
